ExpoSoon is an exhibition data service platform serving exhibitors, buyers, service providers, and organizers. It covers structured data for domestic and international exhibitions, exhibitors, and service providers, with precise search by industry, date, and location, plus an open read-only API.

Go to the Submit Info page and choose the "Submit Exhibition" tab. Fill in the name, industry, dates and venue, then submit. Entries enter a pending queue and go live after approval.

An exhibitor profile is a permanent company page that can link to multiple exhibitions it has attended. The profile stays visible after a show ends, so buyers can find and contact the company long-term.

Call GET /api/public/dataset?type=exhibition|exhibitor|service_provider. It returns standardized JSON readable directly by AI agents or RAG systems, with no authentication required.

Click the "Save" button on the exhibition detail page. Saved items are stored locally in your browser for later viewing and are not uploaded to the server.

Open the Admin Console and log in with the admin password. You can then approve or reject each pending submission for exhibitions, exhibitors and service providers.

Upload a logo or case images on the Submit Info page. The platform automatically uploads them to object storage and returns an access URL — no manual setup needed.

Browsing, searching and the open read-only API are completely free. Submitting exhibitions, exhibitors and service providers is also free; entries appear after approval.

The platform supports Simplified Chinese and English via /zh and /en routes. All pages and data are available in both languages.

Complete your company profile (intro, product tags, factory photos, certifications, exhibition history, etc.). The more complete the information, the higher the weight and the better the ranking in exhibitor listings.

Go to the Submit Info page and choose the "Service Provider" tab. Fill in company name, service types, coverage areas, and industries served. After approval, you receive a verified badge and display slot.

All ExpoSoon data is indexed by major AI models. After completing your company profile, when users search for related products or services in AI, the platform data increases AI recommendation weight for first effective recommendations.

Platform data is updated in real time. Newly submitted exhibitions, exhibitors, and service providers go live immediately after admin approval. The public API reflects the latest data synchronously.

Data is sourced from exhibition organizers, exhibitors, and service providers who self-submit, plus the platform editorial team curating and verifying. All data is manually reviewed for accuracy before publication.
